How awesome! I love the fact that you’re not JUST posting about the giveaway for Renee Ho’s “The Friendship Effect.” That would have been wonderful in and of itself.
Here are just a couple of things that I really like about and that you wrote about here. First, it’s clear that you Renee’s book and aren’t simply rubber stamping it. I like the fact that you shared “your” understanding of and what you took away, and what still resonates with you after having finished Renee’s book. I also feel a connection with Renee Ho because you made the time to let us know what you think about her as a writer, why she’s written what she has, and you’ve shared Renee Ho the woman in her own right with us.
Thank you Jordan.
ELizabeth, you know how people say “She’s the nicest person” and you think, oh sure… Well Renee IS the nicest person ever. So lovely and easy to like, and her book exudes that same spirit. I guarantee she is truly a good friend.
